most importantly go for the 3570k even if your not interested in overclocking, you may be in the future, and k series cpus get the k at the end of their name due to the quality of their transistors so they are the best i5 chips available right now, you can save a lot of cash trough hard drives and memory, go for a 500 gb hdd like a WD green or blue and some patriot memory which is the best for budget memory in my opinion, around 4 - 8 GB depending on what the price difference is 1600 Mhz would be just fine since Ivy bridge processors come with excellent memory controllers. Instead of the 212 evo go with an H80 they are more expensive but cooling is definitely one of the most important factors when it comes to CPU performance, I usually prefer nvidia but for a GPU on a budget I would have to suggest the amd 7770 it preforms a little better and is actually cheaper than the 550ti and the 650ti, and its OK in crossfire, if you can spend more try to grab a 660ti that would be the best option out of all midrange GPUs. a 500W powersupply would be more than enough try to get a good brand like corsair though.

Something like this would be a good start. If you have access to a Microcenter nearby they have motherboard cpu deals there.

I've tried the non ti 650 and 7770 and I prefer the 7770 as a standalone card I use the 650 as a physx card where it works pretty nicely actually, you can generally play everything with the 7770 @ 1080p medium settings and 1080p high settings when crossfired, get the 2GB if you plan to crossfire them later on. You should grab an ssd aswell, they have corsair force 3's for $45 right here -> http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233457. They are definitely worth the price for booting your OS and all your drivers/programs off of, just grab a 500gb HDD for storing games, you can always add more storage later, you'll pretty much notice the biggest difference in speed, when switching from hdd to ssd
