[New Build] Gaming PC Advice Needed

Hey everyone, I realise I have posted a fair few times now, but this time I think I'm almost ready to make up my mind. Any advice appreciated.
Here is the formal info piece:

Approximate Purchase Date: 4 - 6 Weeks

Budget Range: $1200 - $1300

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming (and lots of it), Watching Videos, Surfing Net

Are you buying a monitor: No, Already have one

Parts to Upgrade: Don't know, I just need some ideas

Do you need to buy OS: No

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Dosen't matter to me

Location: Sydney, Australia

Parts Preferences: Intel

Overclocking: Yes

SLI or Crossfire: No

Your Monitor Resolution: Not getting a monitor yet

Additional Comments: I will be gaming (games like Crysis 3, Far Cry 3, Battlefield 3) and recording that gameplay at the same time.
