Can't enable WiFi

Hello,
I cant enable my WiFi, the option is grey and disable. Look at this screen shot:

I am running windows 7 ultimate 32 bit OS
type : Intel® Atom™ processor N280
clock speed : 1.66 GHz


Compliancy : Wi-Fi®
Network Support : 802.11b/g
Manufacturer : Atheros
Wireless Technology : Wireless LAN
Version : HB95


I have Toshiba NB200 notebook. Need some help plz.

In device manager, uninstall your wireless adapter, then scan for new hardware to re-install it. If it still doesn't work, maybe your wireless card is shot. Try a different one.

Not caused by windows update but by installing new OS.

And I updated BIOS still same error. Tried to unplug battery wait for 5 mins and plug again than start again but still same problem exists.........
