Hey there I have two routers in my home network. One router with a modem built in then another belkin router. Both are wireless. My two routers are connected LAN to LAN. The problem I have is I have no way of accessing the second router's settings page as the default gateway is my modem router. Also I have no way of telling what the second router's ip is so I can't access it and change its ssid and security. Any help would be appreciated.

You have setup the network wrong, you need to setup the second router as a wifi extender if that's how you want to use it. Right now you have two separate networks. Turn off DHCP on the second router, setup a static IP for it one above the first router, and exclude that IP from the DHCP address on the main router connected to the ISP.
