New Builder. Is this a Good starting off Gaming PC?

GPU: MSI HD7770 Power Edtion
RAM: Cosair Vengence (2x4) 1600mhz
PSU: Cooler Master 500w
Motherboard: MSI 760GM-P23 (FX) AM3+ 760G+SB710 2xDDR3 DVI mATX Motherboard
Case: Cooler Master 430 Elite

So i'd be looking to play games like BF3, Dirt 3, Skyrim, Sleeping Dogs, batman arkham city, Farcry 3, other driving games and yeah, all the popular games This all up is going to cost me $530 which i think is preeety damn good. So yeah cheers guys

Looks alright if you would increase your budget by 200-300 you could get a lot more power in both processor and gpu. As it stands, you may have problems playing newer games on high settings

Save up $100 and buy a Radeon 7850... CPU is fine
