First Time Building A Computer Need help!!!

Hello,
I am building a computer soon,My fund is about $1100(I am from Malaysia so in my currency its RM 34xx)

The Build I wanted:

Motherboard:
Asrock Z77 Extreme4
CPU Cooler : Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO Turbo Intel+AMD Cooler

Processor:
Intel Core i5 3570k 3.80GHz 6MB

GPU:
SAPPHIRE HD7870 XT WITH BOOST

RAM:
Kingston HyperX 8GB(2x4GB) 1600MHz DDR3(Is this good? because somebody tell me i should change this because of the voltage)

Harddisk :
Western Digital Carviar Black 1TB

Casing:
Cooler Master Centurion 6
Casing Fan : Cooler Master 12CM Silent Fan Blue LED 120MM(Maybe getting extra 4 fan < is this needed??)
PSU:
Thermaltake TR2 700W Cable Management Optimized Power Supply

Might Get SSD If Posible....

random dvd-r
Do i need to buy windows(OS) ??
Please Let me know if somethings is not compatible~

From what i know its RM 450+150+700+800+200+300+250+(4x80)+250+50
=RM 3470
Which is about $ 1120 (not included ssd)
Because i am not buying online since i don't know how to join them together.So i am finding a seller and deposit for him to help me.
Include SSD is + $100 for you guys but for me its RM 300(30 sets of McChicken Set Value)
