Does it worth upgrading to 64 bit ?

Hello,

I have Win7 ultimate 32Bit with these specs :

HS Crosa 4GB DDR3 1600 MHZ
CORE I5 3570 3.4 GHZ QUAD
ASUS 7770 HD V2 GDDR5 1 GB

My question is does it worth upgrading to Win7 64bit ? or I will have no performance difference ?

If you're looking to upgrade strictly for performance reasons then the answer is no, there will be no performance difference. If you want to use more than 4GB of RAM then 64-bit is the only way to do it.

umm I don't think i want to upgrade my RAM for this moment . So at all it doesn't worth upgrading because i will have no difference ?

P.S : I'm basically use my build for Gaming

No perceivable difference. Only real benefit to 64 bit is ability to have over 4GB of memory on a computer. There are also some lesser known security features in 64bit like Kernel Patch Guard.
