Graphics Card Tripping out

Whenever I overclock my FX-8350 to 4.6 Ghz, my Ghz edition amd radeon starts freaking out, i have validated that its not my PSU, and i am not sure what it is.. my specs are in my signature.. help me figure this out please..

1)install latest graphic drivers
2)update your mobo's bios to latest
3)check the gpu temps using msi afterburner software

MY games glitch out horribly, I can do things faster but my gpu absolutely hates it.
