Best Thermal Paste to apply on liquid cooler

I was wondering what the best thermal paste would be to reapply to a corsair H50 liquid cooler, It has stock shin estu, but I heard MX-2/3/4 was really good. I have also read that Artic Silver 5 was out rated and not "the stuff" anymore, but does anyone know which is better to re apply, the shin estu or the MX-2/3/4 or any others that are better.

I got the MX 2 and the stats say that its better than the Arctic S 5. Does it really matter which Pate your buy?

not really I was just wondering which is the best out there, is there much difference between MX-2 and MX-4
