Gigabyte Radeon HD 7850

I'm highly considering a Gigabyte Radeon HD 7850 for my new gaming PC build. It looks good, mostly, but it seems to have an unusual amout of reviews on Newegg saying that the card shipped broken. Is this a known issue of gigabyte cards, or can I feel safe buying this card?

You should be fine if you're buying from Newegg or any site that has a good return program/reputation. I've returned a few cards back to Newegg with no problems at all. And like the above post, I haven't had any problems with a Gigabyte product yet.
