VTX HD 7850 X edition not working

Hi I have just upgraded from a GT520 to a VTX HD 7850 X edition and no when I turn it on my PSU just goose "put"(sound). I have removed the nvidia drivers and have got a replasement off my PSU in case it was faulty( the same model)

Croshare vengeance 8gb DDR 3 RAM
Sedgate sata3 500GB HDD
Zoliman CPU cooler
3 120 mom fans
And the not working 7850
My CPU is a celoron g620 ( I don't know if this could caused the proble ad it only support PCIe 2.0?

Any ideas?? I have tried this on another computer and itstill dose nnot work.
I believe that my gfx card is shorting out my power supply via the 6pin pcie plug. Any suggestions on how to fix it??
