I want to add an Nvidia card to replace my 210.
I have:

motherboard: ASRock B75 PRO3 LGA 1155
power supply: CORSAIR Builder Series CX430 430W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power

Will a GTX650 run with my setup? What other cards should I consider?

Yes, the 650 will work with that setup. Amd's competitor for the 650 is the 7770, which will also work with your setup. I would choose the 7770 because it performs better in most games, but I understand if you prefer nvidia.

Yes, that psu is decent and you have a motherboard that supports any pcie card, the 650 gtx will do, i recommend the geforce 650 ti/660 gtx(only requires a 6 pin pcie, maximum tdp of 140W), if you can afford it.
