So, this is my first build and I have no idea what parts to buy for it, I'm getting help for building it, though. But I am looking to be able to play any game at medium-high settings. So if you have any suggestions at all, like if I should replace a part with another or, upgrade one of the parts, how a more cost friendly piece that will crank out the same power. But I'm kind of at my max budget so yeah.

Here's the specs:

And if that doesn't work:

Also, if you could, tell me if some parts won't work together and things like that. Also what games I could play with this rig.

You're spending way to much on that motherboard for no reason, also you got a low end cooler, an overkill psu, an expensive case.
I would spend more a bit in the cooler, a ssd, better cpu and in a 670 gtx.
What's your budget ?
See if this fits in your budget : http://pcpartpicker.com/p/JtoN

It has a better gpu, cpu, cooler, cheaper quality case, cheaper high quality psu.

if you plan on SLI in the future the the PSU and mobo are fine otherwise, he is right and they are overkill but i agree that a better CPU and gtx 670 would be a worthy upgrade regardless. maybe an fx 8320 or going with an intel build around a 3570k. An SSD would help with system start-up, program boot times, and game level loads..though it wouldn't help your frames per second in game.
