Thanks in advance all.

Any idea if a dual slot graphics card, such as this 7850: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202004

Will fit into a single slot micro ATX motherboard, such as this MSI Micro ATX board:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130656

I'm concerned the battery, chipset heatsink or other motherboard components will hinder the dual slot card from physically fitting into the PCI slot.

Also, even if the card will physically fit, could I run into problems where, since the card is hanging over and blocking the chipset heatsink it causes the chipset to overheat?

Thanks!

A dual slot card plugs in to a single slot . But the heat sink covers the next slot as well , which is even less problem than usual with your mb since ther next slot space doesnt have a pci-e or pci slot anyway

My psychic mind powers are flagging a bit so I cant work out what your power supply or case are to help you further .
BBut in general use a measuring tape to see how long a card your case can fit , and make sure you have a 450 watt + 80+ bronze or better rated psu

Your psu is not a high quality unit but its giving 19 amps on both 12 volt rails and that is enough to run a 7850 easily so you wont have to replace it

This page
http://www.coolermaster.com/product.php?product_id=30
says your case can take a graphics card 9.05 inches long

and this page
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202004
says your graphics card is 8.15 inches long

You are good to go , but to improve cooling I would fit a 120 mm fan to the front of the case as well
