How do I use my headset and speakers at the same time?

I want to use my headset for my skype audio and my speakers for my game/music/other. I know how to do this, but there's just one problem,

I only have one playback device option. So if I plug it my speakers, there isn't a new Playback Device, it just uses the Siberia V2 device settings. I have to unplug my speakers to be able to get the audio to my headset.

I don't have multiple playback devices like this

The second screenshot is not your computer is it? Look at your screenshot and see what the differences are, you will figure it out.

hint.. look at the audio device names, not the icons. Yours does not match.

I see some differences but I don't know how to fix them.

OK, another hint Read the device names those extra output devices are attached to. You don't have anything to fix. In the second example there are multiple audio hardware devices installed, your system only has one.
