What cpu+mobo should i use?

i currenlty have $150 for my cpu and $150 for my mobo.. i couldnt decide what should i use, i'm a slight gamer.. like to play hd videogames like nba2k13, battlefield 3 blackops.. i purchased gtx 650 OC 1GB.. can anyone help suggest what cpu and mobo for my budget.. thanks in advance for the ideas/suggestions
