How much fps? (Yes, another one.)

I will use a fx-8320 overclocked to 4ghz and a 7850 powercolor pcs+ edition. (Factory oced to 1000mhz.) I will use a 1600x900 resolution. Can someone give me an estimate on how much fps I will get maxed on Total war: shogun 2 and bf3? (If possible to get maxed.) Bonus question, will a 750w gold psu be able to handle 2 7850s and a power-hungry fx-8320?

You should be fine power consumption wise. I can't give you that great of an estimate because of how often things are updated so often. Based on this review

you should get somewhere between 40 and 60fps, but it may be more like 44-60fps because of newer updates.
