G.SKILL Trident X series not running at specified speed

I have 8 GB of trident ram running in my p9x79 pro but the ram isn't running at the speeds newegg says. I know I have to change the settings in the bios to get the ram to run at ddr3 2400 speed but the cas latency isn't the same. CPU-Z says its running at 800.5 MHZ and the cas is 11

So in the bios I should up the speed to 2400 MHZ and the CL down to 9 right?

Dual data rate, so your speed is multiplied.

So because its dual channel it counts as 2400?? I don't see where you're getting dual from.
