budget quiet heatsink

so when am gaming my computer cpu fan gets loud i would like a heat sink that will be quiet while gaming i only have 35$ left over

Have you checked your motherboard bios for smartfan settings? You can calibrate your fan on many boards; then I set the smartfan to "quiet".

i did and it is quiet while am not gaming but when i am it start to get loud also when am gaming it smells like its buring but the temps are 55c

Look at the deepcool mc3002gx , around 18.00 , keeps my overclocked Fx8350 and pII 1100t well under 53c with all cores running @100% . Dead silent as well .
