differences between these 2 mobos?

i really want a mobo with good intergraded sound. i actually have my tv hooked up to this pc through an optical cable and is really nice. looking for something liek that in this new build!

open to suggestions past that too but im sort of set on those becuase of the sound options and maybe later on water cooling(but not doing that righ tnow hehe)

You don't need to spend so much on one motherboard; here's my suggestions:

Try just the windows drivers for the soundcard first; if you have any conflicts in the device manager, uninstall the device drivers listed and use the creative drivers on the cd.
