Will a SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 6570 2GB work in a hp slimline s5603-w?

Hey,

I bought a hp slimline s5603-w last year hauled out the stock processor (amd sep 2.7) and poped in a amd athlon 64X2 dual core 2.7. took out the stock ram 3gb 667mhz ram and placed in 4gb 800mhz ram and replaced the 320gb hdd with a WD blue 500gb hdd. now i had a nvidia geforce 8400gs fanless.. it was getting over 90oC and causing my case to become hotish so i removed it, thinking on getting the SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 6570 2GB card for a nice replacement and was woundering will it work? 220w PSU.

Could fit if you find out a low profile GPU.

well im buying SeaSonic SS-350TGM Bulk 350W TFX12V to replace the stock PSU so i think it sould be fine?

yes it will work easily as hd 6570 takes less power.make sure that you get low profile version of hd 6570

That's perfect, just remember the low profile or you will have to modify the "back plate" of the GPU for make that fit in the case.

I will work, but 2GB for a Radeon HD 6570 is a waste.

Graphics cards don't really need more than 1GB of RAM unless you go above 1920x1200 resolution and that card is much too weak to play modern games at that resolution.
