Compatibility of Graphic Card

My computer's Pci Version is 1.1. I found a new graphic card which is perfect for me(GAINWARD NVIDIA 610 2gb). It is compatible with 2.0 version(Pci). I wanted to know if I could run games like Black Ops 2, Max Payne 3 and Assassin's Creed 3 if I bought and used it.

Technically yes it is compatible. But you are going to be severely limited by the PCIe 1.1 interface you are using.

Yes, you would be able to *play* them, but not on high settings or resolution.
