i've been making threads over and over again cause im a little worried with the PSU im gonna use . btw here's my specs.


Proc: i5 3470

Mobo: ASRock H77 Pro4/MVP = P4100

GPU: Sapphire HD 7850 2gb 256bit gddr5 (oc edition)

Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4GB) 1600 CL9

im a little worried about my PSU . i want to max out the CPU fan im worried that my PSU cant take all that load considering i have a high end GPU. Should I upgrade my psu or can it carry the load that im planning to do?

sir i'm looking to add Enermax ETS-T40-VD as a cooler is it good? and can my PSU carry the extra load? im also gonna add another HDD and 2x4G of ram. and changed my GPU to Sapphire HD 7870 oc ed. with all the changes can my psu do the worK?

The 7870 XT is better than the OC. You don't need a cooler if you're not overclocking. HDDs only have like 10Ws required. It will work with 430W.

Yes, you would only use it if you want either quiet or if you want to overclock. Since you mentioned nothing of quiet, I assumed you didn't need quiet.

I personally don't care at all about quiet. My PC sits close to me, but not right next to me. Quiet is more for people that live in quiet areas, so they want to maintain the quiet, or for people that have the PC right next to them.
