Installed wrong components? **Major help would be appreciated.

So basically, I upgraded.

The computer is not even close to silent. Every game makes the computer sound like it's over heating or about to explode. What else do I need to buy? I just bought 350$ of a small upgrade. What do I do guys?

What's making all the noise? The only thing I see different between systems is the move from the Phenom II to the FX CPU and the MB. The coolers are similar for the 2 processors. Did you remember to enable Cool and Quiet in BIOS with the new board? Have you chosen 'balanced' in your Control Panel/Power scheme so the CPU goes into idle mode when demand isn't present?
