CPU temp too high? - Newbie.

Ok so just got a new pc yesterday.

I have been playing ARMA 3 on it and my CPU temps are as follows:

Core's are Value: 45 - 65, min 45, max 70 (at one point)

Is this too high? Should I invest in a better heatsink than the stock one?

I have an I5 3570k (not overclocked)

  1. No. I had a 920 up to 90c briefly. 72c is the max recommended by Intel. If you decide to overclock, look at one of these:

    If you're picky about fan noise and don't like adjusting the fan rpms with smartfan in your bios, get one of these:

  3. p.s for now what should my PWM be set to in my BIOS ? ( the highest setting?)
