Im newb at PC i will have friend help me install this, but would an extra 16 RAM result in need of a bigger power supply or is 750w sufficent?

I'am also interested in stability,low-temp, and overall longtivity of the components which is best?

(For gaming on my pure Nvidia PC)

My friend recommends either #1

Well, there is almost no way you are going to use 32Gb unless you are doing HD Video editing, but #3 is the best out of all those.
For normal stuff, I would go with #1. By the time you need more than 16Gb, most likely your system will be too outdated.
