Hi, so I'm looking forward to building my first gaming pc. Anyways I would like the price to be as low as possible. I'm planning to buy a 660 for my gpu. Now I'm contemplating over the i3 3320 or i5 3570k. Is the 3570k really that worth it over the 3320? I'm not planning to overclock and I'm only interested in playing games

If you're not planning to overclock the cpu, i suggest getting the i5, but the i5-3470, it's cheaper than the i5-3570k, at stock speeds, the performance difference is negligible, if you don't mind losing the integrated graphics of the cpu, you can find a cheaper one, like the i5-3350p.

ty! what is the benefit of having an integrated graphics card though (if I'm already getting a gpu). Also is there any different between the 3470 and the 3350p when it comes to speed?

The performance difference between the two is negligible, the benefit of the integrated graphics is if your gfx card goes kaput, you'll still have a igpu that will enable you to use the pc while you wait for the gfx card replacement(not saying it will happen, just an insurance), it's also a good diagnostic tool, and it's good for people who don't need a gpu, which isn't your case.
