Hi,

The idle temps and load temps on my HD6800 card seem quite worrying.

Idle: 65c
Load: 80-92c

I have 1x 120mm intake fan and 1 x 120mm exhaust in my case.

CPU temps are between 25-35c.

Anyone have any idea how to get my GPU temps lower or is this completely normal?

I run dual screens usually (24" pc monitor + 32" HDTV) via the card.

Run something like MSI afterburner, how high do the fans go? Usually the stock fan curve is set more to be quite, change it so the fan runs faster at lower temps, or just jack the fan up when your playing games and leave it there. 92C is perfectly safe, but, it's at that point where, you don't want it to be that hot still.

Part of the reason for the high idle temps is due to having 2 monitors connected. To maintain two monitors requires higher clocks, which result in 10-15C degrees hotter, however, that is still quite high. You might want to monitor your cards to see how the fan profile is behaving. You may also have poor air flow in your case.
