Which will last longer?

I'm having a difficult time to decide, which build will last longer, meaning it will be capable to run games and other more difficult tasks for more years/months(time) without the need for new parts :

i5 3350P/3570(non K) with HD 7950

or

i5 3570k with HD 7870

Should I take less expensive processor and better GPU or less expensive GPU for a better processor? I just want a build that I will get the most performance from and that will last longer too without needing to replace for newer parts.

If you don't plan to overclock(or will not have a motherboard that allows it, you need a z75/z77 board) get the i5 non k, though, either the i5-3350p or the i5-3470 plus 7950.
The 7950 will last longer than a 7870/7850 and the performance of the cpus will be about the same, for gaming, you'll want the best card possible.

Yes I know, I'm getting Asrock Extreme 4 Z77 in case of 3570K. Well, do I plan to overclock? Depends, is it going to help much with that build? I'll overclock with 3570K if thats the better build with 3570K OC and 7870 rather than 3350P with 7950. So if I'm buying the build with 3570K, of course I'll overclock it, that's what 3570K is all about.

The i5-3350p with the 7950 will be better than an i5-3570k plus 7850, even if you overclock it.
You can get a z75 pro 3 for less and the i5-3350p, you can raise it up to more 400 mhz, up to 3.7 ghz.
