So I'm buying an fx 8350 and 8 gb ddr3 1600 G-Skill RAM and I need a suitable motherboard to accompany it. I'd prefer not to spend a crazy amount of money on it (would like to keep it near 100-120ish).

Is this a decent board? If not, what would you recommend?

Let me know what your thoughts are

I would get the asus, it has a digital power phase design, which is better than the power phases of the msi, the asus is a good board, i'd stick either with gigabyte, asrock or asus, in this case the asus is cheaper, it has 6 SATA III ports, digital power phase design, 2 e-sata, all the features that you need.
It will support any AMD FX cpu, either of those motherboards.
