Looking for a USB CD-ROM CREATION

We are doing the project based on usb mass storage for biocrypt identification.The process for enable the two readable cd partition.The one cd for read successfully.Another cant read.So please give me the suggestion for read the another cd-partition.

Burned cd's dont have partitions like harddrives or stamped cd's can. Please try to describe what you need more accurately.
