Need Help Changing Psu (Desktop)

Hey guys,

i would like to change my psu and i want your knowlegde on this side.
So what do you reccomend for me?

and am planing ,hopefully to change my cpu to i7 intel series
and my motherboard,although i think its k.

Is it good? also how can i see whats my pc electric consumtion.
