Help choosing cpu fan

Hello everybody!
I am new here and first of all, I like all your answers and stuff.
Here is the thing.
I have heatsink CM hyper 212 evo.
I don't plan high end overclock but i want nice fans for that.
The problem is that I live in Serbia and I can't order from internet 'cause we don't have paypal and those stuff
So in need best 120mm fan from these here:

Arctic cooling f12
Arctic cooling f12 pwm

COOLER MASTER SickleFlow

Well, it won't probably be available here, so what do you think about these here?
Also I didn't mention that i already have xtraflow (stock fan)

What made you pick those coolers? Price? Features? What's more important to you?

I have read many posts and I know which coolers are often talked about.
Well I would like red led, but it ain't much matter.
Good cooling ofc, but it doesn't have to be total silent, little noise is okay :lol:

At first glance, the XIGMATEK XLF-F1253 seems pretty solid.. Good airflow.. but if you're getting case fans, I'd say go with the one you like best. Your case already has really good airflow as it is

yeah, I like that one the most, only too bad that color is orange not pure red, but I think it would look good still.
Now without looking my list, what coolers would you recommend? Thanks 4 fast replying
