help fix Freezes,Crashes,Hang on 64bit (already reinstall windows more than 30 times)

Ya,this pc is making me crazy.i've encounter this since 2010.i've tried the windows 7 64bit freeze hotfix,but didn't work.
It happens every minutes(random)
In all apps,even simple task such as windows explorer,browsing with 4 tabs even desktop
My spec
Intel core 2 duo e7400
Vga msi gts 450
4gb ddr 2
Hdd 320gb
Psu 600watt
Motherboars gigabyte EP31 DS3L.
Don't tell me i have very lame old hardware.
Because i see many pc that have spec much lower than this,never crash.
Please tell me what to do
Help me troubleshoot it
Maybe some programs will help(but i didn't what kind)

Cpu 44ºC motherboard 41ºC
