Alright, so I decided to go with this, im looking to get it under 750, so if you can find better parts for the same price or less please let me know! I do alot of gaming and game programming, I use alot of Maya and CryEngine. I also play Battlefield 3, and Crysis. Thank you for all your help!

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K Quad-Core Processor 3.4 GHz 4 Core LGA 1155

Case: Cooler Master HAF 912 - Mid Tower Computer Case with High Airflow Design

motherboard: ASUS P8Z77-V LX LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

Memory (RAM): Corsair Vengeance 8 GB ( 2 x 4 GB ) DDR3 1600 MHz (PC3 12800) 240-Pin DDR3 Memory Kit for Core i3, i5, i7 and Platforms SDRAM CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9

Video Card: Gigabyte AMD Radeon HD 7850 1GB GDDR5 DVI/HDMI/2x mini-Displayport PCI-Express 3.0 CrossFire ready Graphics Card GV-R785OC-1GD
(Is this a good one or is there better ones?)

CD- Rom Drive: already got one
Keyboard:got one
Mouse:Got one
Speaker: Dont need it

You can do better, for gaming and for those games in question, i recommend a better card, the 660 ti is a good one for it, if you don't plan to overclock, you can get the i5-3470 and a z75 pro 3 motherboard(you can overclock with this board, and you can raise the i5-3470 up to 4 ghz though).
I don't see a power supply in there nor a hdd, i don't know if you need those.
Here's what i suggest : http://pcpartpicker.com/p/JSqo
This includes hdd, if you don't need it, ditch it.

You dont get any (not enough) advantage from ti version of 660. I would recomend GTX 660 (non ti)

The 660 ti has more cuda cores and texture units, you do get advantage with the 660 ti, the 660 gtx is also a good card, but for the price of the galaxy 660 ti, it's worth the extra.

Another source : http://www.hardocp.com/article/2013/03/12/crysis_3_video_card_performance_iq_review/11#.UUNcxhzwnQU

"The resolution you play at will determine the best card for the job here. If you game above 1080p, seek out high-end SLI or CrossFire to get the most from this game. If you play at 1080p, you will get a maximized experience with a single GTX 680 or HD 7970 GHz Edition. If you can't afford those, and you must go midrange, the GTX 660 Ti offers the best value in this game for the cost right now."

Yes, but keep in mind, if you do plan to overclock, get an aftermarket cooler(hyper 212 plus/evo), if you don't, the i5-3470 is a better choice, unless you can pick the i5-3570k in a microcenter store(you can also get the i5-3470 for 150$).
As for the fps, did you checked the crysis 3 benchmark links ?

For battlefield 3 : http://tpucdn.com/reviews/EVGA/GTX_670_FTW_Signature_2/images/bf3_1920_1200.gif

You can expect about that, but it will vary, no one can predict the extact fps, but you'll have a good cpu for gaming and a good card.

Just double checking, If i order all of this I will be able to get my PC up and running, do i need any other things? Besides the video connector, hard drive, and cd tray?

Yes, it will do, but i recommend the previous ram, it's cheaper less taller, that vengeance ram has really tall heat spreaders that will only difficult the clearance for the coolers, the viper is less tall and it's cheaper, it's also good ram : http://pcpartpicker.com/part/patriot-memory-pv38g186c9krd

Other than that, yes, the motherboard will have sata cables(x2), you have everything needed that guarantees that it will work.

Just ordered it, I will set it up on tuesday when I get it! its gonna be great not running at 4 fps, think ill see a difference?

In what ?
The 660 ti is a good card, if you were running a previous pc with integrated graphics or crappy gfx cards, you will notice a huge, huge difference, even in comparison with the 7850 there's a significant difference.
You'll have a good pc with strong cpu and a good card for 1080p gaming.

7950 and 670 are really good piece of hardware... And expensive too. But if Nbing can buy any of these cards than he really should buy it over 660 ti.

Those anandtech benches are dated and not include most of the recent games, the 660 ti is a good card for 1080p, to check recent reviews/comparisons see toms hardware games benches like crysis 3, far cry 3, and other games, also other websites like HARDOCP, techpowerup, techspot, techreport, offers recent analysis.
I guess you just ignored that recent crysis 3 bench with more than just one website(three of them).
Also for the 7950, i don't think the 7950 is better, crysis 3 benches shows otherwise, also read this :
