What is best of 670PE and 680

Vs

MSI GeForce GTX 670 2GB PhysX CUDA PCI-Express 3.0, "Power Edition" GDDR5

From what iv'e collected the 670 "Power Edition" is almost identical in terms of performance and got lower temp and noise!

680 cost a bit more

If the 680 gtx costs much more, get the 670 msi pe, it's a good card and the performance difference between a 670 and 680 is really minimal, specially with a 670 non reference card.
