I think my PC has a virus as i can't view see any files on my C:\ partition despite the fact it is nearly completely full hence i need to get into it to clear it out.
I can't run any antivirus software like Spybot and the only version of AVG that will run is so out of date and i can't update it as the virus is preventing me from accessing the update servers.
The virus is also preventing me from accessing any usefull websites like AVG or Maleware Bytes or even Microsoft.
I have also noticed that Windows is very slow to load my desktop comes up but no icons are displayed for several minuets, and sometimes not at all i have to CTRL ALT DEL and select new task explorer.exe and it bursts into life.
Finally i can't boot into safe mode at all only normal windows.
Can anyone suggest a tool to remove this Virus or even the name of it as it has got me completely stumped?
