Corsair Cx430 Am I overloading my PSU?

I have heard that... not enough power to the pc components will shorten the life span of my pc. I recently built my pc and I have a corsair cx430 V2 power supply that gives me 430 watts

here are my pc specs
is the power supply enough?

dont know the model name for mobo Its a Asus ( but I dont think it really matters)

AMD Fx-8150 8-core

Evga Gtx 650 Ti 1 Gb

500 GB 2.5" HDD
750 GB 3.5" HDD

One dvd drive

1 Case fan and Heatsink Fan

Am I good?

You wouldn't fry your PC anyway. A good quality PSU, if under-powered, will simply cause the PC to shut down or re-boot.
