What are the methods to build custom pc-s.

How does Alienware make their pc-s? What tecnology they use? Or how do produce mass custom pc-s?

I don't know, there's a few Videos on youtube of how factory's make motherboards, graphics cards ect, Alienware just put all it together, put some blinking lights on it, and then overprice it

Its probably just guys building the systems on an assembly line, wouldn't expect anything special in how its built.

I understand.
Its always easy to give some sort of tasks to some group people and make an profitable and efficient company, but how to change that?
How expencive are the automated robots and machinery? Who sells them ?
To say more exact, if i want to weld the metal sheets to custom cases, what kind of machinery i need?

We don't really deal with that kind of hardware here.

How expensive and where to get assembly line robots, no clue, though I'm guessing very expensive. Maybe hit up car manufacturers around where you live and ask them?
To weld it yourself, then you need either a traditional welder or a spot welding machine. Though usually these kinds of tasks are done through pop rivets or screws.
