Pc gaming 16:10 or 16:9

Hi, I just wonder which one is better for gaming 16:10 or 16:9 ?
I was thinking to get Samsung sb970 monitor, which is 27 inch 1440p. Then I saw that dell released U3014 which is 30 inch 1600p.

Which one is better for gaming, will 16:10 have bigger FOW in modern games or it will just have the same height but cut from sides ? also what you think about those 2 monitors ? is there anything better in pricerange of 1000-1500$ ?

I personally think it 16:9 is a better idea, because the pixel density is the same. The screen on 16:10 will be a little taller and games will be a little harder to run. But I have never personally seen a 16:10 screen.
