Looking for components for gaming pc

I am thinking of building a budget gaming pc. I have decided I want to get a intel core i3 3220 processor and either a gtx 650 ti or wait for a radeon 7790 gpu. So my question is what else do I need and what products do you recommend? Is my cpu and gpu a good choice? In terms of my motherboard I ideally want SLI/crossfire support and dual channel memory support with an ATX form factor.
