Looking for low budget motherboard with these specifications

Hi, I am looking for a motherboard to fit my case and it needs to be compatible with my current hardware.

1. Micro ATX 9.6 x 9.6 inches
2. DDR2 Ram
3. AMD Cpu

I think your chances of finding a motherboard that runs DDR2 RAM in a brand new condition are very slim, You might get one second hand though for a cheap price, Also it depends what socket your AMD Cpu runs in, I can't advise you for a motherboard without knowing the socket number of your CPU.

Ok i can live with DDR3 ram, and a socket that is compatible with amd phenom agena 9600 4 core

The problem is that very few boards that support DDR 3 can support the AM2 socket, So unless you're going to buy a second hand DDR 2 board or get a new CPU, really the only option I know of is the Asrock N68C-S board, which can also support DDR 2 or 3 RAM, read the specs here:

The only downfall of this board, is that its slightly dated and / or limited.

I'm not really sure if they run together or if you're supposed to have one or the other, I'll research it for you, But I do know for a fact that your CPU doesn't support DDR3 so the DDR3 slots are pretty useless, and whatever you do, do not try and plug DDR2 in DDR3, They don't fit, trust me.
