Nvidia 660 or AMD 7850 ?

I have been both cards at the same price


What should I get ?

If you can afford a 660 GTX, get the nvidia 660 gtx, it's a better card in terms of performance.

Ah thats great as its the same price as the 7850 at Aria.

With regards to power will my Alpine 700W Psu be ok ?

It is currently running a gt 9600 and I know its about the amps on the 12v

That's a really crappy generic psu(with probably fake wattage), what's the amps on the +12v rail ? or the total wattage on the +12v rail(see the psu sticker), i couldn't find any info on that psu.
