Most probably a RAM issue. Replace ram and see if problem persists

This is a common problem when your GPU (regardless of whether it is onboard) is using outdated drivers, try downloading the latest GPU drivers and see if the problem persists.

But based on your specs, it can be hardware performance related as well.
