That's more than superb for an office system! Your case should come with a 120mm intake fan, but it wouldn't hurt to get an exhaust fan as well. You can mount an 80mm in the rear I believe.

Are you actually able to get to a Microcenter (their CPUs are in-store pickup only)? If so, you can knock $40 off your price as they give you a deal on CPU/MoBo combos.

The build looks perfectly fine for non-gaming purposes.
