What is the best GPU for Intel's Core2Duo e7500?

So i asked somewhere else and someone told me that my CPU will bottleneck everything above Radeon HD 7750, but a couple of hours ago i was a store and the guy tells me i can run C2D with GTX 660 ti no problem, and then i read somewhere else that HD 7850 is the best... I'm so confused as i'm a noob. I'm thinking of getting HD7750 for it's being THE best GPU for C2D. Please Tell me i'm wrong.

it can handle upto gtx 650ti.may be slight bottleneck in multiplayer games but it will be fine + you can easily oc that cpu

i suggest gtx 650ti + cm hyper 212+ cooler should be good
