Those are very bad specs, You won't be able to play most newer PC games, maybe some older titles and some 2D or very simple 3D games.

You can look at different games and see what the minimum spec's are and there may be games that you can play on very low settings and resolution so while they may not be visually good at least you nay be able to play them. A video card upgrade would help quite a bit and be the one thing you could do without getting a whole new computer. These two charts will help you when looking at games specifications as to where your parts fall in being able to play a game.

heroes of might & magic V -RPG- 6/10

dragon age origins -RPG-10/10,

dawn of war -RTS-9/10,

fallout 3 -FPS/RPG-10/10,

the evergreen Warcraft 3 -RTS- 10/10,

Starcraft 2 would probably run quite well -RTS- 8/10,

Red Alert 3 -RTS- 7/10,

call of duty: modern warfare -FPS- 8/10,

Borderlands -RPG- 9/10,

these are some of my favorite games, i spent way too many hours on these titles!
