i5-3570k and gtx670 jetstream CPU build (really needs advice) *Philippines*

It's my first time building a gaming pc and my budget is around 60-70k.

with that budget, i only need the cpu, mouse, and keyboard.

I'd go with the 3770k. As games are getting more and more demanding like crysis 3 and many more in the next few months/years. 3770k's extra threads or what intel called "hyperthreading" really helps and I checked the website pcgilmore and they have 3770k for 15k pesos. For the mouse and keyboard, don't spend too much. Just buy a regular combo one. And if you can snag another gtx 670 for sli it's just around 20k pesos then your gaming rig would be able to handle most games in max settings with at least getting 50+fps kabayan!
