Which computer is better?

Which Which one of these computers is better? I'm buying my first gaming computer and would just like an opinion from you guys.

(I know this one has a better processor and same graphics card but not sure if there are any slight differences I'm missing)

Money is not an issue because TigerDirect charges Tax in my state while Newegg does not so don't factor that in. Thank you

Also do either of theses computer have built in wi-fi? I'm most likely going to be using an ethernet cable but built in wi-fi is a nice plus. (saw a review on the Newegg computer saying it didn't have built in wi-fi and I don't know how to check that)

The newegg one is better , but there is some wrong information in the title . It doesnt include a 3570K , or if it does it wouldnt be useful as an overclocker because the mb cant overclock . Probably it has a 3570 , and that is more powerful than the 3350p anyway

They will both perform the same basically, the newegg one has a slightly better cpu. I would build my own if I were you, it will be a little bit cheaper.
