I'm building a gaming computer for a friend. She wants to spend about $500, $700 max, for the best gaming PC she can get. This is what I got so far, please make changes that will make it better and stay under $700. The case can't be changed, it must be mini-ITX, have 8GB RAM, Cheap Monitor, and 1TB HDD (NO SSDs).

Case: BitFenix Prodigy Red

I will most likely go with yours, but I am going to see if any others post first to see what they offer before I decide.
